Mentoring Program Mihai Banica Contract Management Engineer, OMV Petrom Mechanical Engineering
I started to work in OMV-Petrom on February 1st 2012, as a Junior Mechanical Engineer in Asset X, Petromar, joined IGD program, finished it in 2015 with a course in London, becoming in 2014 a Mechanical Supervisor and being responsible for oil treatment plant also for C3+ recovery plant maintenance, daily meetings in the morning to plan and end work reports including each person from Maintenance department activity. In 2016 I moved to Petrom City Bucharest in the Demand Management department, as a Contract Management & Claims Engineer, learning more from the Contracts point of view not the technical side. I am interested in sports, reading psychology and business, I find people our greatest assets and I look forward to new challenges.
