Feedback from Events Cheque received for matched funding from summer fayre. Bags2school raised - £120 Macmillan Coffee morning raised - £92.80. NM has suggested we hold a green day next year to raise more funds and get both children and parents involved. We had a small turnout for the new parent coffee morning and a couple of new sign-ups. Thanks to JM & CA for helping • • •

Wednesday 9 November. Quiz master Carl nearly has all the questions sorted!! st Helpers taking orders after school w/b 31 Oct. Mon – EF, Wed – CS/JM, Thurs – DK/MJ (MJ will also be at school at 4.15 to take any orders), Fri – MJ. Helpers still required to take orders on the Tuesday. All children should now have taken a letter home. All orders due back to school th by Wednesday 9 November. Suggestion from NM for next year is calendars. This needs more thought st Donations of gifts and wrapping paper needed in school from w/b 31 Oct. th Cellophane wrapping to commence in school w/b 7 Nov on various days over the next 3 weeks. th Children choosing gifts in school w/b 28 Nov, helpers so fa Mon – ET/EF/DK/Aga, Tues – ET/EF/CA/Jen, Wed – CS. More helpers required. th Friday 9 Dec. 8 confirmed stalls from last year, MJ to advertise for stall holders. Tesco has advised to give us selection boxes from Santa, agreed we will asking for minimum donations of £1 to see santa this year. Suggestion from NM that we involve children running a class stall. Agreed too short notice this year and not sure we’d have room. Helpers on the day JM/CS/ET/EF, more helpers required.

Friday 16 December Reception and Year 1 presents ordered and wrapped by ET. GD confirmed as Santa. ET & EF to help Santa The PTA supply all plates/bowls/cutlery for this. Date not yet known but EF & ET to shop when required. th Wednesday 14 Dec, 3.30-7pm. Years 2 to 6. JM to help at the yr5&6 disco, helpers required.
