Home of the Red Devils Welcome Back Red Devils to the 2015-2016 school year.! My name is Denise Taylor, I am the new principal for the high school. I moved from the East Valley of Arizona in the middle of June to Hot Springs to be closer to my family. I have over 19 years of experience in education, 12 years as a classroom teacher teaching middle school Language Arts and 7 years of experience as a school administrator. My most recent position was principal of Mountain Vista Middle School where I served the community of San Tan Valley, AZ for five years. I am looking forward to meeting the students and their families when the school year begins.

Welcome Back! Please welcome Mr. James Galarza, the Athletic Director for the 20151016 school year. Mr. Galarza will be overseeing the athletic programs at Mountain Pine this school year. If you have any questions regarding the athletic programs on campus please call Mr. Galarza at 501-767-6917. Game schedules are available on the school website for Volleyball and Football. The Red Devils will have their first football game August 28, 2015 at 6:30 PM. Come out and support the team.

The first bell will ring at 7:55 AM. Classes will start promptly at 8:00 AM. Remember the cafeteria is open each morning if your student would like to have breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Red Devils Recipe of the Month Eggy Sausage Noodles Ramen to the Rescue Cookbook Ingredients: 1 Pkg Ramen noodles, chili flavor. 1 Tb unsalted butter 1 large egg 2 sausage patties, cooked and roughly chopped Salt and pepper Directions: Break the cake of Ramen Noodles into 4 pieces and cook in boiling water for 2 1/2 minutes, save seasoning. Drain and return noodles to the pot, immediately add the butter and egg, stirring to coat the noodles with the egg until cooked. Stir in the sausage and season to taste with salt pepper and 1/4 tsp of the ramen seasoning. Serve immediately with orange juice and some fresh fruit. Serves 1, makes a quick and easy nutritious breakfast for busy students!
