5 Payment Information & Cancellation Policy
Payment Guarantee: No charges are incurred at the time of booking, however, a payment guarantee is required to hold your reservation in the amount of one night's stay at the confirmed hotel plus current tax of 14%, subject to change. The hotel will charge payment to the credit card provided upon check-in. Please refer to your confirmation for full details, which may vary per hotel. Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled after Thursday, 19 July 2012 will forfeit one night's room and tax deposit per room. The SIGGRAPH 2012 cancellation policy supersedes any individual hotel's policy. An early departure fee may apply if hotel is not notified of an early departure prior to or at check in. Failure to check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of any additional scheduled nights.
