Finished third in the 200 at the Blue Jay Tune-Up last weekend hosted by Elizabethtown College.
Won the 400 hurdles at the Ashland Open with a tiem of 61.95, which was a new school record. With a strong headwind, she ran a 26.95 in the 200 to finish 13th.

Immaculata –Fr. - Kennett Square, Pa. At the Blue Jay Tune Up, Miranda was first in the pole vault at 11-11.75; second in the high jump at 5-9.75 and third in the long jump at 20-6.50.
CSAC HONOR ROLL Eddie Sichilongo - Keystone - So. Won the triple jump at the Monarch Open with a leap of 45-2.5.

CSAC WOMEN’S FIELD ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
CHYANNE FINE Gwynedd Mercy– Jr. - Hanover, Twp., Pa. Won the Discus at The Blue Jay Tune-Up with a throw of 120-8. Was fifth in the shot put with a toss of 37-1.25 and was seventh in the hammer at 95-8.
CSAC HONOR ROLL Tara Liska—Immaculata—Sr. Won the pole vault at the Blue Jay Tune-Up with a height of ten feet and was second in the high jump at 5-1.75.
Lindsey Gladden—Marywood—So.
Collier broke the Marywood hammer record with a third place finish at King's. His throw of 142 feet, 6 inches ranks first in the CSAC.
Gladden broke a pair of program records in the triple jump and high jump at King's. She placed second in the triple jump with a 34-4 and third in the high jump with a 4-11.5.

AROUND THE CSAC FRANCISCAN BARONS Senior Carlo Fabian represented the Barons at the Red Flash Open hosted by Saint Francis ... Carlo ran the 400 meters in a time of 52.09 to take second. The Lady Baron 4x800 meter relay team represented Franciscan at the Red Flash Open hosted by Saint Francis ... the relay team finished third with a time of 10:44.72
GWYNEDD MERCY GRIFFINS Gwynedd Mercy was at the Blue Jay Tune-Up hosted by Elizabethtown this weekend. Men: The Griffins participated in the Blue Jay Tune-Up over the weekend. Rashid Marrow finished 3rd in the 200 (22.72) while Chris Worthington finished 2nd in the Long Jump (6.34m)
Women: Amber Brecht, Brittany Coleman, Morgan Williams and Rainah Dunham posted an ECAC mark of 49.90 in the Women's 4 x 100 at the Penn Relays. Over the weekend Dunham posted another ECAC time in the 100 meters at the The Blue Jay Tune-Up running a 12.92.
IMMACULATA MIGHTY MACS
KEYSTONE GIANTS
The Mighty Macs placed fourth at the Blue Jay Final Tune Up at Elizabethtown on Saturday.
The Giants competed at the Monarch Open hosted by King's College during the period. Keystone recorded three individual firstplace finishes and won two relays at the non-team scoring event.
MEN: Xavier Feliciano Miranda was the highest earner, accounting for 30 points, led by a first place finish in the pole vault and second place in the high jump while setting the school record. Dean Forlano ran a school record time in the 400 meter as well. The Macs will now shift their focus to the CSAC Championships this weekend.
MEN: Yaw Acheampong won the long jump (6.4 meters), Eddie Sichilongo captured the triple jump (13.77 meters), and Carl Joseph finished first in the 400 meters (:51.30). Keystone also won the 4x100(:43.55) and the 4x400 (3:47.95) relays.
WOMEN: The Macs were led by Tara Liska with 18 points on her own as she won the pole vault and placed second in the high jump while setting school records in both. The Macs will now shift their focus to the CSAC Championships.
WOMEN: Sophomore Hannah Richner broke her own record in the 400-meter hurdles in a third-place time of 1:11.17, eclipsing her previous mark of 1:12.08 at Misericordia on April 21. Keystone also received a second-place finish from sophomore Kaylee Ceci in the hammer throw (40.78 meters) and freshman Devin Spisto in the 3000-meter steeplechase (14:00.41).
AROUND THE CSAC MARYWOOD PACERS Marywood competed at the inaugural Monarch Open at King's College. Justin Stonier won the high jump by clearing the 6 feet bar. Christian Scotti placed second. Matt Collier continued the team's trend of record-breaking men's hammer throws by taking third with a toss of 142 feet, 6 inches. Lindsey Gladden broke both the triple and high jump records by taking second and third, respectively. DeKonti Sayeh placed second in the 100 dash. Marywood will compete at CSACs next week.
PENN STATE BEHREND LIONS The Lions competed at the Ashland Invitational in their final tune up before CSAC Championships. There was no team scoring.
NEUMANN KNIGHTS Neumann tuned up for the CSAC Championship by running at the TCNJ Invitational last weekend.
