LIAM GALLIGAN Franciscan - Fr. - Springfield, Pa.

PS-Behrend - Sr. - Elizabeth, Pa.

Won the 800 meter at the PAC Quad meet with a time of 2:01.26, then followed up with a first-place finish at the Don Frail Invitational in the 1,500 with a time of 4:04.92.

Broke a stadium record at the Behrend Invitational with a time of 1:03.75 in the 400 hurdles to win the event. Also was third in the 200 meters at 26.86 and fourth in the 100 meters at 13.33.

Won the pole vault at the Behrend home invite with a mark of 3.36m, while taking fourth in the high jump at 1.25m and fifth in the triple jump at 10.23m

Picked up three top five finishes at the Lions home invite, taking third in the shot put (13.09m), discus (40.14m), fifth in the javelin (38.11m) and seventh in the hammer at 38.90m

GWYNEDD MERCY GRIFFINS

The Barons competed at the Bethany Mini Meet and Don Frail Invitational this past week and posted several personal bests and a pair of ECAC qualifying times between the two meets.

MEN: The 4x100 relay team of Sean Cole, Rashid Marrow, Joe McCoy, and Nick Shaffer ran a season-best 43.48 as Gwynedd Mercy competed at the Greyhound Invitational on Saturday. The time is also the second-best in the CSAC so far this season. Marrow was also on the track for the 400 meters in a season-best and a CSAC fourth-best time of 50.93 to finish sixth in the event. Additionally, Adrian Sasin hit a PR in the discus (33.73 meters).

MEN: Liam Galligan earned a spot at the ECACs in the 4x800 meter relay team at Bethany and the 1,500-meter run at Marietta ... Galligan also won the 800-meter dash at Bethany and the 1,500 meter run at Marietta ... at Marietta, three runners earned DIII AllOhio honors in the 1,500-meter run (Galligan, Nick Long and Mark Borek, Grady Stuckman earned All-Ohio honors in the 5,000meter run. WOMEN: The Lady Barons secured several personal records between the two meets ... junior Bernadette Williams earned an AllOhio honor in the 1,500 as she took seventh and a personal best in the 800-meter run to take 13th ... Sophomore Janelle Lunde took fifth overall in the long jump with an all-ohio mark of 9.82 meters and took fifth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:14.22 ... Morgan Litterer came in 12th overall in the 400-meter dash with a personal-best time of 1:06.65 while freshman Victoria Snell hit a PR in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 23:58.33.

IMMACULATA MIGHTY MACS MEN: The Mighty Macs competed at the Shippensburg Invitational last Wednesday and at Widener over the weekend and did not receive any points for team scoring. Xavier Feliciano Miranda set the school record in the 110 meter hurdles at Shippensburg and in the long jump at Widener. The 4x400m relay team of Joe Duddy, Mike Wamsher, Liam Drumgoole, and Dean Forlano set the school record in the 4x400 meter relay. The team will head to Elizabethtown this weekend for their final tune up before CSACs. WOMEN: The Mighty Macs competed at Shippensburg last Wednesday and at Widener over the weekend where they finished 20th. At Widener, the Macs set new school records in both the 4x100m relay and the 4x400m relay. This weekend, the Macs will compete at Elizabethtown in their final tune up before CSACs.

WOMEN: After trying a school record in the high jump last week, Sara Gray encored to set a new mark to highlight Gwynedd Mercy at the Greyhound Invitational hosted by Moravian over the weekend. Gray cleared 1.60 meters which is a program outdoor record. The mark ranks her sixth in the NCAA Mideast Region and first in the CSAC. Rainah Dunham put in a CSAC best mark in the long jump, as her top mark of 5.25 meters won the event.

KEYSTONE GIANTS The Keystone College men's and women's track and field teams finished third in their respective divisions at a meet hosted by Misericordia University Saturday. Senior Carl Joseph, sophomore Yaw Acdeampong, and freshman Devin Smith, recorded firstplace finishes for the men, while sophomore Kaylee Ceci posted one for the Giants' women's team.

AROUND THE CSAC MARYWOOD PACERS

NEUMANN KNIGHTS

Marywood broke six school records at SUNY Cortland this weekend. Stephanie Juarez-Ventura took third place in the 3K Steeplechase. Nicole Dunn took sixth place in the 100 hurdles in a time of 17.11 seconds. David Haines broke records in the 800 and 1500. Ashleigh Clarke came in eighth in the 10K. Bre Latourette finished in 13th out of 39 runners in the 800 in 2:32.48. Jefferson Fontaine was ninth in three different events. Marywood gets its final tune-up before CSACs this weekend at King's.

The Knights ran at Shippensburg and Widener this last week, and will tune up for the CSAC Championships next week as they make a trip to Penn Relays and the TCNJ Invitational.

PENN STATE BEHREND LIONS The Lions hosted their own invitational this week. There was no team scoring.
