PARADISE POINT SUMMER CAMP The Episcopal Diocese of Idaho McCall, ID Office Staff Job Description: The Office Staff member will work closely with the Directors to manage all aspects of the “behind the scenes” of camp. From phone calls, uploading photos, and organizing waivers and forms, the Office Staff will make sure all aspects of camp are organized. Minimum Qualifications:       

Flexible and strong organizational skills Willingness and ability to work 6 days a week Good character, integrity, maturity, and adaptability Willingness and ability to live within a close camp community Enthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-control Model Camp Dress Code Policy (appearance should be appropriate) At least 18 years of age

Specific Responsibilities:        

Communicate with parents, campers, and staff on a daily basis Assist with data entry, ordering office supplies, transportation, and other tasks Greet and screen incoming calls for staff, maintain a log of incoming calls, provide information, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate personnel in order to promote effective communication. Update information in Camper/Staff databases and generate camp reports utilizing Microsoft database program access. Coordinate camper emails daily. Provide administrative support to the Directors, Camp Registrar, and On-Site Health Care Provider Perform general clerical duties, which may include filing, photocopying, organizing, etc. Organize all paperwork for arrival and departure days.

Responsible To: Directors Salary Information: $250 per week (meals & lodging included)
