Rouse Raider Swim Team Booster Club Executive Meeting Minutes Nov. 3, 2014 Call to Order Executive Board meeting called to order by Tina Saul at 6:36pm on Nov. 3, 2014 at the classroom of Coach Ramsey.
Attendance Executive members in attendance: Tina Saul, Ken Demoski Other members in attendance: Jayme Ingram Guests: Coach Ramsey
Approval of minutes from last meeting The Oct. 20, 2014 minutes were approved by all.
Old Business A) Fundraisers a. Pieology Night & Silent Auction: i. Lenna emailed in a report: 1. Paperwork needed for LSID has been sent out. 2. Paperwork needed for Pieology was sent out and approved. ii. Flyers for the event need to be sent to Peter Grady for printing. B) Sponsors a. Need to send out Thank you cards to our 2014-2015 sponsors. i. Send a reminder to Coach Ramsey. C) Committees a. Sign-ups for Committees i. Lenna sent out an email with information about individual committees. ii. Lenna sent out an email about signing up for said committees. b. General Meeting i. During our general meeting, we will break up into committees.
Next Meeting Executive Board Meeting will be held on Monday Nov. 3, 2014 at 6:30pm in Coach Ramsey’s classroom. Booster Meeting will be held immediately following at 7:00pm.
Adjournment Tina Saul adjourned the meeting at 6:54pm.
