Bylaw changes and proposed changes were reviewed and unanimously approved
2014 – 2015 Budget
Stephanie closed the 2013/2014 books with approximately $4,600 in checking and $2000 in savings Janeann will create the 2014/2015 budget based on known and measurable adjustments to the 2013/2014 budget Tom P. provided a pre-estimate for the new team jerseys of ($5,000.) In addition to jerseys, the only new equipment needed will be for new players Janeann and Stephanie will transfer the checking & on-line banking Andy and Liana will transfer the check card Work on the 2013/2014 tax forms 1

Open board positions are Vice President and Member-at-Large

Deadline for Scholarships is May 15, 2014 The SGHB will sponsor Relay for Life – walk is May 16th - Danielle and Kassiann will chaperon Hobey Baker Award plaque will be brought current o Tom P will order the plaque o Doug B has a preliminary list o Andy B follow-up on who is missing o Name plates will be ordered once we have a complete list All awards are now located in the Girls Locker Room Janeann investigate metals or certificates for A&B Honor Roll students Look into using/purchasing QuickBooks bookkeeping software will be acquired as necessary Doug B. is updating the Booster tracking of Volunteers/Volunteering using our website DIBS
