WATER RESTRICTIONS – For properties less than 5 acres in size For odd numbered addresses (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) lawn watering is permitted on Wednesdays AND Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. For even numbered addresses (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8), no street address, or both even and odd addresses (multi-family units and homeowner associations) lawn watering is permitted on Thursdays AND Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. “If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at subject meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.” (F.S. 286.0105)
