Consideration and evaluation of the results from the Hypoluxo Island property owners poll regarding the gas line extension design, construction, and installation of natural gas lines and associated infrastructure on all property located on Hypoluxo Island and levying a non-ad valorem assessment to pay for the costs of same. b. Consideration of appointments to the Greater Lantana School Community Education Council. c. Consideration of a piggy-back contract with M&M Asphalt Maintenance Inc. (All County) for repair work to E. Ocean Ave. due to an 8 inch water main break. d. Consideration of piggybacking a City of Boca Raton contract with Lanzo Lining Services, Inc. for Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer mains (Cured In Place Pipe Lining).

Swearing-in of newly elected officials and re-organization of Council duties. Presentation of a Police Department Unit Citation Award. Police Department presentation of the Officer of the Year Award. Proclamation recognizing the week of April 6-13, 2014 as National Volunteer Appreciation Week Presentation by Grau & Associates, the Town’s auditors, of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for Fiscal Year 2012-2013. WATER RESTRICTIONS – For properties less than 5 acres in size For odd numbered addresses (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) lawn watering is permitted on Wednesdays AND Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. For even numbered addresses (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8), no street address, or both even and odd addresses (multi-family units and homeowner associations) lawn watering is permitted on Thursdays AND Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. “If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at subject meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.” (F.S. 286.0105)
