Consideration of approval of ballot language for the Hypoluxo Island property owners’ poll regarding the extension of natural gas lines onto Hypoluxo Island and the potential method of special assessment in order to fund the project. b. Consideration of a piggyback agreement with Ballard Partners, Inc. for lobbyist services. c. Consideration of a Third Amendment to Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Hypoluxo for Police Services.

Consideration of a project agreement with the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) to assist in funding the development of North Lake Park located at 106-122 North Lake Drive.

g. Consideration of Council action regarding the disposition of the structure owned by the Town located at 111 Prospect Rd. 7.

WATER RESTRICTIONS – For properties less than 5 acres in size For odd numbered addresses (ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) lawn watering is permitted on Wednesdays AND Saturdays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. For even numbered addresses (ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, 8), no street address, or both even and odd addresses (multi-family units and homeowner associations) lawn watering is permitted on Thursdays AND Sundays from 12 a.m. to 10 a.m. AND/OR 4 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. “If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at subject meeting, he will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.” (F.S. 286.0105)
