TOURNAMENT RULES
CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT RULES (12U & 14U) • Each participant can only play on ONE roster. If this rule is not followed, the game(s) they played in will be considered a forfeit. Score will be logged 1-0. (10U players ARE allowed to play up in the 12U division even if they played in 10U festival games.) • If a player is not on a roster and plays for a team, it is considered a forfeit, even if she is not on another tournament roster. Score will be logged at 1-0. • Game/halves will start on the time noted on the schedule. If your team is not on the field, clock still starts and the opposing team will be given possession. • Games are 20 minute halves, running clock. • Halve time and time between games is 5 minutes. • If the half/game ends during the setup of a penalty shot, the penalty shot must be taken before the game/half ends. • NO timeouts allowed except for serious injury. • Coach Conduct: if a coach receives more than one yellow card throughout the tournament, they will no longer be allowed to coach their team that day. • Sidelines: Parents may not sit behind or along to side of the field that the score table is on. • SCORETABLE STAFF: Each team must provide 1 person to manage the score table. This includes keeping track of game score, yellow cards and texting in final score. Round Robin Point Ranking to determine play-off match ups: WIN = 2 points TIE = 1 point LOSS = 0 points In the case that two teams have the same round robin point total, ranking for playoffs will be determined as follows: 1. First consideration is who won during their HEAD to HEAD game. 2. If placement still cannot be determined, the team with the least amount of goals scored against them in round robin play. 3. If still a tie, flip a coin.

Bathrooms are located to the left of field 3 down the stairs by the gym. (See field layout map on previous page.) Port-A-Potties on site are not ours and WILL NOT be serviced by the tournament. Use at your own risk. J
TEAM VILLAGE
This is a place for teams and their fans to set up camp. No team warm ups in this area. Last year a cooler, bag and lacrosse stick was stolen after left on a field that was no longer hosting games, the team village is the area that will have activity going on through to the end of the day.
FOOD TRUCKS
Maui Wowi, Bullseye Kettle Corn & Shave Ice and CUrrywurst Food Trucks will all be onsite all day Saturday. (Including coffee!) Currywurst will also be serving hot dogs, grilled cheese for the kids! There will be great options for breakfast, lunch, snacks and treats!

TOURNAMENT PARKING
The yellow boxes are where you are allowed to park for this weekends tournament. The main lots for RBHS & BHMS will fill up quickly. (top of map) If this lot is full, you can park in the RBHS student parking lot that is off of Avenida Venusto (lower yellow box). Please DO NOT pull up onto or park on campus for any reason. That is ONLY for food truck and tournament staff for set up and tear down purposes. There is a round about that you can drop off your players & stuff prior to parking in the student lot.

10U Festival Rules
Each team gets three games. Score will be kept on the field, but there will not be a tournament champion. Each game will be 40 minutes long with a 5 minute halftime and 5 minutes between games. Games will start at the time noted on the schedule. Please make sure your players are on the field and ready to go for the start of the game and after half time, the clock starts whether you are on the field or not. 10U players ARE allowed to play up in the 12U division, even if they played in the festival games.

BHMS PeeWee Field is located nest to FIELD 1. LaxCountry PeeWee Field is located nect to FIELD 5 These two fields are NOT close to each other, please allow time to get to your game if you are going from one field to the other. There are food trucks, nice bathrooms and a tournament booth with tournament shirts for sale between the two fields.
