Look at the tuffet options on the cover of the pattern; decide which style tuffet to make and purchase the recommended amount of fabric for that option listed on the pattern back. 2. 18 “ square of coordinating fabric for the tuffet bottom 3. 9” square of coordinating fabric for the tuffet button 4. 1 yard muslin for the foundation. NOTE: Please fuse the foundations to the muslin and cut them out prior to class. Supplies: 5. Sewing Machine with a zigzag stitch in good working order, this is imperative. Please check your machine manual beforehand and review how to increase the width and length of your machine’s zigzag stitch. 6. Couching foot for your sewing machine capable of handling thick cord 7. 90/14 jeans needle for your machine. 8. Thread to match your fabric 9. Straight Pins, Scissors 10. 24” plastic ruler 11.
