Weekly Dry Bean, Pea and Lentil Market News Wednesday, August 09, 2017 - Tuesday, August 15, 2017 Compared to a week ago: Trading activity was slow with good demand. According to the crop progress report for August 13, 2017, dry edible peas in North Dakota was harvested at 58% and Montana was harvested at 86%. Bean harvest in North Dakota is still a few weeks out with inventories on certain varieties starting to dwindle down before new crop arrives.
