Spring 2018 Registration Refund Policy
Dropped Players, Returned Check Policy, Disbanded Teams, and Late Registration
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be submitted in writing with a copy of the receipt and/or the order confirmation. The AYSO National Membership Player fee of $17.50 is non-refundable.
Players who drop for any reason must notify the region in writing on or before December 3, 2017 for a refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($17.50). Players who drop before December 31, 2017 must notify the region in writing to receive a 50% refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($17.50). No refunds after December 31, 2017, except for medical reasons accompanied with a Doctor’s note or reasons approved by the RC. No refunds on Late Registrations received after December 3, 2017.
Disbanded Teams due to lack of a coach or players will receive a refund less the non-refundable AYSO National Membership Player fee ($17.50).
The Region will not change a player’s team for any reason. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED BY THE END OF THE SEASON Requests that are not complete will not be processed
Please send refund requests to: AYSO Region 769 94-104 Kolea Place Waipahu, HI 96797 Returned Check Policy: A $10.00 fee is assessed for checks returned to the region for any reason. Repayment must be paid in money order or cashier’s check and mailed to the AYSO address listed above. Registration Fee includes: Player registration processing fee, AYSO National Membership Player Fee (non-refundable), AYSO Area Registration Fee, player uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks), and a subscription to National “Soccer Now” magazine.

5U Season Information When: begins on Saturday, January 6, 2018runs for 6 Saturdays Where: Waipio Soccer Complex, Field 4 Time: Girls @ 9:00 am Boys @ 10:30 am Returning Fall players will reuse their uniforms for Spring.
