95cm and 80cm class riders- bring back number holders. Bibs will be provided for 65cm. Back number holders are able to be rented on the day for a bond. Once a class is full, or you are a late entry, you may be wait-listed until scratchings occur. $15 late entry fee. FREE GROUND FEE VOUCHERS IN RETURN FOR XC JUMP JUDGING Refunds- 80% of total fee with vet/doctor’s certificate. No refunds 48 hours before event (unless a committee’s discretion). Event will be run under NZPCA rules, including NZPCA annex: www.nzequestrian.org.nz Cancellation of event due to bad weather will result in a refund (minus $10. admin fee.) Riders must go to SJ as quickly as possible, following dressage. No Dogs No Whips allowed across all levels for dressage No abuse of competitors or officials will be tolerated
Canteen will be serving yummy refreshments! Cash only- no Eftpos!
