Project Goals •
Provide new sidewalks, streetlights, bus shelters, street trees, traffic signals and other complete street amenities.
•
Provide appropriate pedestrian safety improvements.
•
Coordinate the County project with new ongoing real estate development.
•
Design and construct the work in three phases - west, east and center sections.

Wilson Boulevard Streetscape Improvements Completed and Proposed Projects Phase ICompleted fall 2009 New C&G, sidewalks, traffic signal at Oakland St, streetlights, trees and new bus shelters. Phase II-A Completed summer 2010 Phase II-B Completed spring 2012 Proposed Phase III East Includes the 10th and Wilson Blvd intersection. Currently in engineering design. Utility undergrounding in design. Proposed Phase III Center Project requires ROW from three businesses and utility undergrounding. Expected to be completed as last phase. Proposed Phase III West Currently in engineering design
