Meeting was called to order at 8:03 by Commissioner Mike Robole. Old Business  Review / Approve meeting minutes from June – Lois W. motioned, Brian O. seconded, approved unanimously.  Filling board positions – looking to recruit members to replace outgoing board members  Photos are this week Board Reports:  13-15 Age Group Coordinator – no report  10-12 Age Group Coordinator – resolving some coaching issues  Treasurer – reviewed Apr data, so far we are close to budget projections.  Secretary – no report  Concessions – Things have gone well so far. Considering not hosting concessions after 13. We can outsource to booster clubs.  Equipment

o 12AAA needs a set of larger shin guards for a tall catcher Fields o New pitching mound is out at QP #4 o Kirby is troubleshooting field maintenance equipment issues Tournament Registrar o no report Tournament Coordinator o Tournaments going well so far. All games were played Saturday despite rain. o Brian O. hears rave reviews regarding how the tournaments are run and how the fields are maintained. Clarifiacation: Looking to clarification on what we are offering Cooperstown. Brian O motioned the following. Lois W. seconded. Approved unanimously. AVTB will give Cooperstown families $1500 to run 15AAA tournament. AVTB will guarantee Cooperstown families $1500. They will run concessions. If profits are less than $1500 we will make up the difference. If profits exceed $1500 Cooperstown families keep it. Meeting was adjourned at 9:03, Brian O. motioned, Brittany R. seconded, unanimous.
