BUSINESS PLUS ADVISORY GROUP 1. ACA – Julie Bruce a. 1095C update – Software has been received and is currently being tested. b. Julie conducted a seminar with a Charter School – All went well. c. Set-up does need to be changed. d. Sungard needs to make the change because currently you can see ALL people instead of just by district. e. 2 hour seminar is available. Contact Julie for Sign-up. f. Coming in pretty clean. g. ACA reporting book – Please review before training. h. Christy Patterson is working on a “Cheat-sheet”. She already has a draft. 2. Year-End Process – Jan Sorenson a. Updates – W-2 is out and received b. Processed 1099’s - $600+ get a 1099 3. Business Plus Committee Update – Tad Alexander a. Challenges were listed with group. b. Heather Naylor and Susan Watts volunteered for committee with Julie Bruce c. Meeting with Jan Sorenson, Matt DiSalvo, Tad Alexander and Business Plus. Now have new circuit and is more stable.
