Motion made by Eddie Dilbeck to purchase new PA speakers, mixer, amp and microphones, amount not to exceed $2,500.00. Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.



Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $14,046.



Motion made by Chris Perry to have bleachers and concrete under the bleachers pressure washed, cost not to exceed $500.00. Seconded by Darrin Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
