Dandridge Broncos Board Meeting Minutes February 13, 2013
First order of business is to elect 2013 directors for both cheer and football. Patricia Wilkerson and Barb Mitchell are the two candidates for cheer director. Eddie Dilbeck is the only candidate for football director. Patricia Wilkerson and Eddie Dilbeck are both confirmed by majority vote.
Request by football director Eddie Dilbeck to elect Scott Schroeder as his assistant football director. Motion made by Darrin Breeden to elect Scott Schroeder as his assistant football director, Beth Haynes seconded. Scott Schroeder is confirmed by majority vote.
Pee Wee football coach - Jason Kelly is the only candidate. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, Laura Haston seconded. Jason Kelly confirmed by majority vote.
Motion made by Jason Kelly to approve his coaching staff, seconded by Chris Perry. Pee Wee assistant coaches - David Cate, Josh Cate, David Parrott, James Clevenger, Kris Haglund, Bo McKinzie and Tim Manning are all confirmed by majority vote. Emily Blomenberg is also confirmed by majority vote as Pee Wee team mom.
Super Grasscutter football coach - candidates are Kevin Breeden and Luther Lakins. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, Melinda Breeden seconded. Kevin Breeden is confirmed by majority vote. Super Grasscutter assistant coaches – Not yet submitted.
Grasscutter football coach - Kevin Potts is the only candidate. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, Melinda Breeden seconded. Kevin Potts is confirmed by majority vote. Grasscutter assistant coaches – Not yet submitted.
Grasscutter cheer coach - Emily Stewart is the only candidate. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, David Parrott seconded. Emily Stewart is confirmed by majority vote.
Super Grasscutter cheer coach- Della Poe is the only candidate. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, Melinda Breeden seconded. Della Poe is confirmed by majority vote.

Pee Wee cheer coach – Lisa Holmes is the only candidate. Motion made by Darrin Breeden, Beth Haynes seconded. Lisa Holmes is confirmed by a majority vote.
All head coaches were informed that it was their responsibility to coordinate their respective team’s float and decorations of the float for the Dandridge Christmas Parade.
It was requested that Jason Kelly, Kevin Potts and Tony Thomas please return the 2012 super bowl trophies to the field for display. All agreed, Tony Thomas was not present.
Darrin Breeden informed that board that helmet inventory had shown that three helmets were missing. The three missing helmets had not been issued to a player. Discussed the need to install a door to the upstairs of field house, or find a way to lock helmets and shoulder pads. As well as elect an equipment manager to monitor the equipment.
As a result of the stolen equipment the City of Dandridge has requested an accounting of who has keys to the building.
Darrin Breeden made a motion to set sign up dates as follows o February 23rd Pee Wees o March 2nd Supers o March 9th Grasscutters Chris Perry seconded. Motion approved by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden made a motion to adopt a Code of Conduct, to be signed by all parents with children participating in the program. David Parrott seconded. Motion approved by majority vote.
Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $14,605.55.
