Other attendees: Amy Henderson, Lindi Thomas, John Thomas, *Discussion regarding Rescue Squad donation check in the amount of $350. The rescue is not paid for their service provided during the season. This check was written during the meeting so this is taken care of. *Outgoing board members turned in their assigned KEYS and those KEYs were reassigned to new officers of the board. *Bank Account Info: Lindi Thomas, Amy Henderson, and Missy Wilkerson will come off the Dandridge Bronco account at the Bank. Lori Molter, Wendy Butterworth, and Amanda Pruitt will go. Joel Henderson will remain on account. Current Balance in Account: $32,402 *Motion made by Aimee Jackson to nominate Patricia Wilkerson at 2017 Cheer Director. Michal Wiwczaroski second. No objections noted.

*Motion made by Joel Henderson to nominate Cliff Briggs as 2017 Football Director. Motion second by Kevin Potts. No objections noted. *Joel Henderson motioned for new uniforms to be purchased for the 2017 Season. Motion second by Amanda Pruitt. *Joel Henderson motioned for the budget for new uniforms to be up to $12,000. Travis Keisler seconded the motion. *Aimee Jackson motioned for a change in the by-laws regarding the parent opt out fee and wording related to such fee and lack of participation by the parents. This was seconded by Patricia Wilkerson. Changes will be reflected in the updated 2017 By-laws. *Travis Keistler motioned for the opt out fee to be increased to $50 per family. Joel Henderson seconded them motion. This opt out fee will be used to hire help in the even that volunteers are not available. *Discussion held around Sign Up dates. The board agreed upon the following dates: Friday, January 27, 2017, 6 to 8 Saturday, February 4, 2017, 9-12 Friday, February 10, 2017, 6-8 *Discussion held around Spring Practice dates. The following dates were motioned by Kevin Potts and Seconded by Michal Wiwczaroski: March 27 thru 31st April 3rd thru 7
