Dandridge Broncos Board Meeting Minutes July 10, 2013
Patricia requested that Darrin forward the varsity rep a copy of our tax exempt form.
Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $9,981.07.
Update on opponents for our first game. A team from Morristown has agreed to play the Super Grasscutters. A team from Carter has agreed to play the Grasscutters. No luck so far finding a team to play the Pee Wees.
Discussion on new shirts to be sold for the season.
Motion made by Patricia Wilkerson to add a second picture day for cheer on 8/3 beginning at 9:00 A.M. Seconded by Darrin Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Chris Perry to cancel the golf tournament. Seconded by Darrin Breeden. Motion approved by majority vote.
Decided to replace golf sponsors hole signs with metal signs to be mounted on fence
Motion made by Darrin Breeden for allowance of up to $300.00 for door at bottom of steps. Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden for allowance of up to $3000.00 for purchase of booster club shirts and sponsor signs for fence. Seconded by Chris Perry. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by David Parrott for purchase of new radios and private UHF channel of up to $500.00. Seconded by Bo McKinzie. Motion approved by majority vote.

Darrin informed the board that Straw Plains had requested to use the Field of Dreams for the conference jamboree. They had planned to use JCHS, but will not be able to because of construction. Darrin contacted the city and community center and both had approved the request pending our board’s approval. Motion made by Darrin Breeden to allow Straw Plains to use our facility to host jamboree, with details on paint re-imbursement and scheduling to be determined after Straw Plains accepted. Seconded by Bo McKinzie. Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to withhold football equipment until all fees have been paid. Seconded by Jason Kelly. Motion approved by majority vote.
