Darrin Breeden, President – Present Missy Wilkerson, Vice President – Present Julie Allen, Secretary – Absent Melinda Breeden, Treasurer – Present Chris Perry, Member at Large – Present Lindi Thomas, Member at Large – Absent Kelly Proffitt, Member at Large – Present John Thomas, Football Director – Present Patricia Wilkerson – Cheer Director – Present Jason Kelly, Pee Wee Head Coach – Absent Michal Wiwczaroski, Pee Wee Cheer Head Coach – Present Kevin Potts, Super Head Coach – Present Shelly Adkins, Super Cheer Head Coach – Absent Anthony Gockenbach, Grasscutter Head Coach – Present Chrystal Cooper-Gregory, Grasscutter Cheer Head Coach – Present
Financial statement was presented to and approved by the board by Melinda Breeden.
Motion made by Patricia Wilkerson to order crown, sash and trophy for Homecoming Queen. Cost not to exceed $150.00 Seconded by Darrin Breeden Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Melinda Breeden to order initial concession supplies for season. Cost not to exceed $1500.00 Seconded by John Thomas Motion approved by majority vote.
Darrin Breeden updated the board on the status of our proposed preseason game with Parrottsville. He spoke with the Parrottsville football director, Carolee Hale, and she assured him that they planned to scrimmage us at our field on 8/15/15.

Motion made by Darrin Breeden to share gate proceeds with Parrottsville up to $500.00. Seconded by Chris Perry Motion approved by majority vote.
Meet the Patriots at Jefferson County High School will be held on 8/8/15. We have committed to attend.
Picture Day was set for 8/7/15 beginning at 5:00 P.M. Cheer will go first followed by football.
