Dandridge Broncos Board Meeting Minutes November 19, 2014
Roll Call Darrin Breeden, President – Present Scott Schroeder, Vice President – Present Ginger McCampbell, Secretary – Present Melinda Breeden, Treasurer – Present Chris Perry, Member at Large – Absent Laura Haston, Member at Large – Absent Kelly Profitt, Member at Large – Present Eddie Dilbeck, Football Director – Absent Patricia Wilkerson – Cheer Director – Present Jason Kelly, Pee Wee Head Coach – Absent Sarah Church, Pee Wee Cheer Head Coach – Absent Kevin Potts, Super Head Coach – Absent Corrie Slagle, Super Cheer Head Coach – Absent Anthony Gockenbach, Grasscutter Head Coach – Present Crystal Cooper Gregory, Grasscutter Cheer Head Coach – Present
Darrin updated the board that he had informed the City of Dandridge via the Parks & Recreation Board meeting of our intent to move forward with the plan to build a new field house. It was suggested to Darrin by members of the Parks & Rec Board that City Inspector Gary Satterfield would be a good person to help us design the building. Darrin agreed and will contact Mr. Satterfield to begin design work. Darrin was asked by the Parks & Rec Board to submit a form detailing our volunteer hours. This form was supplied to us and needs to be submitted to the City of Dandridge on an annual basis.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to suspend our scheduled 2015 board member vote at the end of year banquet, due to the fact that we have two current board members stepping down and only two new members running for open positions. Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.
Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $25,102.10.

Motion made by Darrin Breeden to install Missy Wilkerson as 2015 Vice President replacing Scott Schroeder, and Lindi Thomas as 2015 Member at Large replacing Laura Haston. Seconded by Kelly Proffitt Motion approved by majority vote.
