DASC Executive Board Meeting Minutes September 17, 2012 Board Members in Attendance: Stewart B., Lisa B., Jim B., Jen B., Keith M., Helen M., Tom I.,Avan E., Jodi M., Tina T. Staff: Mike F. Guests in attendance: Jim Maclay Meeting called to order at 8:05 p.m. Tournament Director’s Report
4 U12 8 v 8 teams needed. 268 teams are signed up so far. 21 hotels are sold out. Only 3 or 4 are left in the York area. Program ads are sold out. 14 fields need set-up. Jim B. id donating his trailer for use.
Treasurer’s Report Monthly income and expense report distributed. Fields
The new shed has the breaker box installed. Wire may now be pulled. Adams Electric donated the meter. Jim M. to send DASC a name, so a thank you can be sent to them. Franklin Township will be contacted by Stewart B to request location and other details for the new shed at Ponderosa. Stewart B will take broken goal at Logan for weld repair at no cost to the club. New stainless steel fasteners will be supplied with the repaired goals.

DASC night is October 2 this year.
