Prior to the first class
Decide which fabric(s) you want for your corner pieces. The corner pieces are shown as A, B, C and Cr, Br, Ar – please see attached picture. Do this prior to class to help with time. You may want to use colored pencils and try a couple of designs on the blank template that is also attached. Please note: C and Cr are sewn together so please factor this into your decision. Cut 2 – 2” x 44” or WOF strips from your 6 fabrics. This will give you 12 - 2” x 44” strips which be cut in half to give you 24 – 2” x 22” strips. These strips plus the other 16 cut will give you 40 – 2” x 22” strips. Bring your remaining fabric to cut the corner pieces. Templates will be provided in class.
