Dynamic Committee Registration Committee Chair (Asst. Registrar): Requirements for Position:  Recommended to position by Pres & confirmed either by vote of BOD or appointment by BOD. (Appointment is on temp status until either replacement is found and or end of current term)  Seasonal job  Election for Registration Chair will be held each season, during the first board meeting following the conclusion of the regular season play. (This will typically be the 2 nd Friday of June and December.)  Communicates well with the public  Knowledge of paperwork related to registering to play or volunteer with FC Belton  Basic computer skills; must own a laptop or computer  Scheduling and organizational skills  Understanding of systems and databases used to register players  Training or knowledge of registration and issues a plus Reports to/Replace by:  Reports to Committee and BOD/ President  Replaced by longest serving member of Committee on a temporary status until President appoints replacement from BOD (all pending BOD approval) General Roles, Duties and Responsibilities:  Works at on-site registrations  Inputs paper registrations into the system  Works directly with Committee, Registrar, and President to ensure correct and accurate information is entered  Organizes all members and volunteers to get and keep full coverage of all registration sites.  Leading effort in training, documentation needed, forms etc. to keep and expand FCB player base.  Guides Committee in training needs of registrar in conjunction with credentials committee.  Ensures places, times and site’s needs (equipment etc.) are established and set in conjunction with committee  Check in at the Red Tent each game day to see if anything needs to be addressed.
