Dynamic Committee Uniforms/Pictures Committee Chair: Requirements for Position: Recommended to position by Pres & confirmed either by vote of BOD or appointment by BOD. (Appointment is on temp status until either replacement is found and or end of current term) Seasonal job Election for Uniform/Picture Chair will be held each season, during the first board meeting following the conclusion of the regular season play. (This will typically be the 2nd Friday of June and December.) Communicates well with the public Basic computer and organizational skills; owns a laptop and/or a computer Basic knowledge of uniform sizes and packaging Basic knowledge of picture sizes and packages Reports to/Replace by: Reports to Committee and BOD/ President Replaced by longest serving member of Committee on a temporary status until President appoints replacement from BOD (all pending BOD approval) General Roles, Duties, and Responsibilities: Communicates directly with uniform company Communicates directly with photographer (number of teams, team rosters, game schedules, and then picture schedule, etc.) Populates picture schedule in our registry system for all teams Organizes distribution of uniforms and pictures to coach/team representative; works directly with Registrar and Treasure (no uniforms distributed if balance due) Game Day and Additional Duties/Wants: Supply uniform sizing kits to on-site registration events Be available to answer questions regarding ordering issues of uniforms and picture packets Check in at the Red Tent each game day to see if anything needs to be addressed. Working relationship with Red Tent Coordinator
