Suggested Preparation Instructions (In recommended order) 1.
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper (not wax paper) or lightly greased foil. Add potato wedges to sheet pan in an even layer and cook per package instructions.
2. In a medium bowl mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic, maple syrup, and salt and pepper together. Make 4 patties. Once patties are made, evenly distribute blueberries amongst the 4 patties by gently pushing them into the top of the burgers. 3. Either grill or cook burger patties in a large skillet on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes per side until cooked through. 4. Place a burger on a slender round, top with Swiss cheese, add favorite on-hand burger toppings if desired, and top with another slender round. Serve with potato wedges on the side.
