Suggested Preparation Instructions (In recommended order) 1: Sloppy Joes STOVE TOP Dice green pepper. Warm 1 Tbsp. of olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook onions, peppers and half of the bag of carrot matchsticks until tender, about 8 minutes. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add beef. Break beef apart as it cooks until browned, about 5 minutes. Mix beef and vegetables together and add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce has thickened, about 30 minutes. Season with pepper. Serve on buns.
2: Sweet Potato Fries OVEN Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. (Substitute parchment paper with foil that is lightly oiled. Do not use waxed paper.) Spread sweet potato fries evenly over sheet pan, bake for 10 minutes. Turn fries and bake for an additional 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
