Call to order 6:31pm

Present – Baker, Frucci, Frucci, Wolfe, Calvert, Page, Bostick, Blakeman, Majerczyk, Roberts, Bailey
III.
Approval of minutes from May JYSA Board Meeting – approved
IV.
Board positions a. Motion – Troy Wolfe: Dissolve the equipment manager position and create a director of uniforms position. Second – Ken Calvert passes unanimously
V.
Bylaws – Motion – Anthony Frucci motions to pass the amended bylaws dated July 23. Second – Ken Calvert passes unanimously
VI.
Elections: New positions descriptions and responsibilities. Appointed positions for each sport by the Vice President of respective sport. a. President: 2 yr term, Brian Baker, unopposed | passes unanimously b. Executive Vice President/Secretary: 2 yr term, Randi Frucci, unopposed | passes unanimously c. Treasurer: 2 yr term, Alex Majerczyk, unopposed | passes unanimously d. Vice President of Baseball Operations: 2 yr term, Troy Wolfe, unopposed | passes unanimously e. Vice President of Softball Operations: 2 yr term, Anthony Frucci, unopposed | passes unanimously f.
Vice President of Basketball Operations: 2 yr term, Ken Calvert, unopposed | passes unanimously
g. Director of Marketing: 1 yr term, Justin Lemish, unopposed | passes unanimously h. Director of Uniforms: 1 yr term, Leah Bostick, unopposed | passes unanimously i.

k. Troy Wolfe appoints the following for commissioners: Advanced – Tim Bailey, Coach Pitch – Shawn Holliman, Kid Pitch – Jason Blakeman , Overall Commissioner – Isaac Grier, Equipment – open l.
Anthony Frucci appoints the following for commissioners: Tiffany Gayoso – Kid Pitch, Brittany Placek – All Star, Coach Pitch – open
m. Ken Calvert: Basketball Commissioner – open n. Jared Page appoints the following for assistant field operations: Russell Lesikar

Public Speakers – Anyone signed up to speak will be afforded 3 minutes a. Cale Wallace – email regarding suggestions including saves, bases for 12u, “select” program and interest where the league is heading.

Board Reports a. President – Brian Baker i.
Softball coach/parent – All star season recap, first year for softball to participate in All Stars and two teams made it to State tournament
b. Executive Vice President/Secretary – Randi Frucci i.
Concession manager – new manager Alexandra Bohannon
ii.
City communications – will schedule meeting with Cori to communicate new information and review the contract.
iii.
Fundraising guidelines – setup new system especially for all stars
c. Treasurer – Alex Majerczyk i.

Saves – Currently allowed to save 5 discussion to move to 3 saves Motion – Troy Wolfe max 4 saves and they need to be coaches children only tball – 10u; 3 saves coaches children only 12u+ ; adding tier system for dividing players evenly (not required but suggested in draft room) Second – Anthony Frucci Passes unanimously

Retreat dates – Leadership development retreat platform (post season) Glenrose, TX (pencil date Dec 1st ) 1.
