BLOCK ORIENTATION NPD Credit 2: Compact Development Stage 3 Points Documented: Upload GIBc10-1. The project team has uploaded a site plan indicating which blocks meet rating system requirements. Include the axis of qualifying blocks, and their angle relative to the geographical east-west axis. Number of blocks with both the following characteristics: (1) one axis is within plus or minus 15 degrees of true east-west, and (2) the true east-west axis length is at least as long as the true north-south axis length: Total number of blocks in project: Percentage of total blocks that are solar-oriented blocks:

%

BUILDING ORIENTATION Upload GIBc10-2. The project team has uploaded a site plan indicating new buildings in the project where one axis is at least 1.5 times longer than the other and the longer axis is within 15 degrees of true east-west. Include the axis of qualifying buildings, and their angles relative to the geographical east-west axis. Upload GIBc10-5. The project team has uploaded a representative sample of diagrams and photographs showing any shading that would affect the solar access for each qualifying building. Total square footage of buildings where one axis is at least 1.5 times longer than the other and the longer axis is within 15 degrees of true east-west:
