Upload GIBp1-4. The project team has uploaded confirmation that the building indicated above has been registered under an ISO/IEC 17021-, Guide 65-, or 17065compliant green building certification program.
Upload GIBp1-7. The project team has uploaded either a) evidence that the certification standard has been accredited to one of the three referenced ISO standards or b) evidence that the certification standard complies with the requirements of one of the three referenced ISO standards.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS Special circumstances preclude documentation of credit compliance with the submittal requirements outlined in this form.
