The commitment must indicate that the project will meet the requirements for new non-residential, mixed-use, and multi-family residential buildings of 4 or more stories, as well as single and multi-family residential buildings 3 stories or less, as applicable.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS Special circumstances preclude documentation of credit compliance with the submittal requirements outlined in this form.
