LEED 2009 for Neighborhood Development GIB PREREQUISITE 4: CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY POLLUTION PREVENTION Stage 1: LEED-ND Conditional Approval

The project team has uploaded a site plan indicating where erosion and sedimentation control will be necessary during construction. Upload GIBp4-2. The project team has uploaded a commitment that an ESC plan meeting the rating system requirements will be created and implemented if the project is built. BMPs used in the ESC plan will be selected from: Washington State Department of Ecology's Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, Volume II, Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention (2005). A more stringent agency standard. Upload GIBp4-3. The project team has uploaded a summary of the alternative agency standard and a description of its greater stringency.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS Special circumstances preclude documentation of prerequisite compliance with the submittal requirements outlined in this form.
