Meeting called to Order – 7:00PM
Purpose Miscellaneous topics per BOD Agenda sent January 19, 2016.
Approval of Meeting Minutes #3, #4, and special Coaches Election Meeting, dated November 18, 2015, December 16, 2015, and January 13, 2016, respectively.
Attendance: Present Robert Higdon, Bob Tashjian, Tom Pascuccio, Rob Gizmunt, Tony Martinho, , Billy Giannasca, Jeff Mullin, Glen Grabau, James Delaney, Steve Drzewiczewski, Chris Papagikos, John Miceli
District 16 Update – Robert Higdon 1. No update
Uniform Selection and Sizes 1. Vote to use Universal for Uniforms (Noe) based on quote – Unanimous Approved
Team and Uniform Selections – Majors & Minors 1. MAJORS (6 Teams) -Cardinals, Giants, Rangers, Royals, Red Sox, Nationals – Approved for Majors (White Sox may be substituted for Giants) 2. TRIPLE AA (7 Teams) – Same as above but another team needs to be added probably Dodgers 3. DOUBLE AA, SINGLE AA, TEE BALL - TBD
Miscellaneous Items 1. CORI FORMS – need update from Rob Gizmunt. Need to have in place prior to tryouts for those assisting at tryout. 2. SAFETY PLAN – in process 3. WINTER CLINICS – Clinics going well - Delaney 4. PARADE – Try to schedule parade for opening day (April 24, 2016)
Registration/Tryouts 1. Glenn updated numbers 2. Tryouts will be held in Topsfield on Sunday January 31, 2016 from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. Need to have as many people as possible show up for Tryouts on the 31st of January as possibel. A second date TBD. Rob and Glenn have logistics worked out.
Field Update 1. Continue to work with Town on getting Fields completed
Equipment Update 1. Rob said he has mostly everything back except 5 or 6 bags.
Communication and Fundraising 1. Brian Caulfield
Finances 1. Matt Provided interim Budget.
