to organize for 2015 season
Attendance: Present Bob Tashjian, Tom Pascuccio, Brian Caulfield, Drew Lucich, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Tony Martinho, Billy Giannasca, Glen Grabau, Walter Radulski, Jeff Mullin Minutes of the March 11,2015 meeting were approved unanimously

Update on CaRl'S and Medical Forms - no action needed
III Registration update with the projected number of teams/players needed

Review of the Big Diamond Draft was held- no action needed
V.
Brian O'Connor and Jim Driscoll were unanimously voted as additional minor league managers. There will be 7 teams of 12 players each in minor league
VI.
Minor League draft was scheduled for March 26, 2015
VII.
Field maintenance- a. replace alilightbulbs at Newhall b. Research and purchase of release safety bases for all fields c. PTSservice in spring and fall for all fields- All were approved unanimously
VIII Spring 2015 manager meeting was planned for April 4,2015 Updates were given on Safety, local rules, coaching and equipment- No action needed
IX.
Field clean up date is set up for April 11, 2015 if possible- unanimously approved
X. Major and Minor indoor practice schedule at huckleberry was discussed- schedule to be announced XI.
Major and Minor league regular season schedule was discussed-planned
XII.
Farm, Pony and T-ball schedules were discussed- TBA- no action taken
XIII.
Committee updates on the following; Clinics, Parade/opening day, Pictures, Concessions, Uniforms, Fundraising and Finances were given- no action needed
