Purpose Planning/continue
to organize for 2015 season

Attendance: Present AI Fiore, Bob Tashjian, Brian Caulfield, Glen Grabau, Jim Delaney, Matt Monkiewicz, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Tom Pascuccio, Tony Martinho, Walter Radulski

Absent Bill Giannasca, Mike Bolger, Dave Calvani, Drew Lucich, Jeff Mullin, Nick Marano

CORI Forms were collected th Discussion took place about an 8 Executive Board Member being added(lnformation Director)this would require a league constitution amendment - intention will be posted and voted yes or no at next meeting League Operation positions were discussed and appointed as follows:

Farm League Director- Walter Radulski Minor League, Pony League and Tee Ball Director remain open 4)
League Functional Positions were discussed/appointed
as follows:
Concessions manager- Matt Monkiewicz Field maintenance- Tom Pascuccio Fund Raising- Jeff Mullin, Nick Marano, Tony Martinho Winter Clinics- Robert Higdon, Jim Delaney Parade/Opening Day- AI Fiore, Nick Marano Apparel Manager- already under equipment manager-Rob Gizmunt Umpire Coordinator
and Team Pictures remains open

District 16-a new calendar year based age chart has been adopted and must be in effect, New rule: No gray gloves or gray underneath shirts can be worn if pitching

Adopted Little league local operating rules and structure

Registration Fees were established as follows and registration will also be done on line. The dates for registration will be 12/1/14- 1/11/2015, as close to that start date as possible. A late fee will apply for all little league and big diamond participants who are registered after 1/11/2015. Tee BallLittle League Big Diamond Family Max

A general discussion took place about myriad of topics- more games, more instruction, safety, field condition and possible improvements, more time on field for tee ball, concessions
