Purpose Planning/continue
to organize for 2015 season
Attendance: Present Bob Tashjian, Jim Delaney, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Tony Martinho, Jeff Mullin, Drew Lucich, Billy Giannasca, Nick Marano, Brian Caulfield, Dave Calvani, Glen Grabau, Walter Radulski, Tom Pascuccio CORI Forms for all BOD members have been collected and processed.
II.
Minutes ofthe
December 17,2014 meeting were approved unanimously.
III.
Local Little league rules were discussed and approved unanimously.
IV.
Major and Minor League managers were voted on. Potential managers were made to leave the room when while the vote took place for their position. The following managers were elected by most number of votes: Major league managers were as follows: Mike Bolger, Steve Bond, Nick Marano, Anthony Martinho, Tom Pascuccio, and Kevin Wythe. Minor league managers were as follows: Brian Caulfield, Jim Delaney, Glen Grabau, Peter Groussis, Robert Higdon and Matt Monkiewicz

Discussion/ Update about registration numbers of players and tryout date took place. Further discussion will take place at next meeting. No action needed tonight
VI.
The new communication director (Brian Caulfield) updated the board about the types of information he has planned to send out as general announcements. The board will look over and come back with any other suggestions. No action needed tonight
VII.
Tom Pascuccio updated the board on town plans for possible improvements at Newhall and Glen Meadow Parks. The board should give thoughts to possible improvements they may like to see considered. No action needed tonight
VIII.
Next Meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2015 in Teacher's room at Huckleberry School at 7:00 pm
