General Meeting called to Order - 7:00PM

Motion was made and passed unanimously to amend the current Lynnfield Little League th constitution and add an 8 Executive Board position to be known as Information Director
•
Motion was made and passed unanimously to hold annual election by September 30 of each year to coincide with little League national timelines
•
Motion was made and passed to add the Board of Directors descriptions of positions with corrected typos
•
General meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm

Attendance: Present AI Fiore, Bob Tashjian, Jim Delaney, Rob Gizmunt, Robert Higdon, Steve Bond, Tony Martinho, Jeff Mullin, Mike Bolger, Drew Lucich, Billy Giannasca More CORI Forms were collected Minutes of the November 19, 2014 meeting were approved Brian Caulfield was appointed and voted as Information Director, a new Executive Board position approved at the general meeting held earlier in evening League Operation positions were discussed and appointed as follows: Mike Bolger was voted as Minor League Director Pony League and Tee Ball Director remain open

A discussion took place about current registration. Remind all about late fee in affect for anyone who registers after January 11, 2015. Those that do not register are not allowed to
tryout and there is no guarantee of placement on a team for late sign ups. A discussion took place about current financial standing. No action taken at this time VII.
Discussions took place and updates were given where appropriate
for the following:
Winter Clinics, Fundraising, Concessions, Parade, Opening day, Field maintenance. was needed VIII.
