Purpose To Elect actual positions to the Board of Directors seated last week

Attendance: Present David Calvani, Bob Tashjian, Nick Marano, Tom Pascuccio, Rob Gizmunt, Tony Martinho, Higdon, Billy Giannasca, Brian Caulfield, Jeff Mullin, Drew Lucich, AI Fiore, Steve Bond

ELECTION OF NEW 2015 EXECUTIVE BOARD (Quorum Present 72% (13 out of 18 Members): President - Bob Tashjian (Majority) Vice President - Tom Pascuccio (Majority) Secretary - Steve Bond (Unamimous unopposed) Treasurer - Jeff Mullin (Unamimaus unopposed) Coaching Director - Nick Marano (Unamimous unopposed) Player Agent - Robert Higdon (Unamimous unopposed) Safety Director - Glen Grabau (Unamimous unopposed)

GENERAL BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEMBERS: Big Diamond Director - Dave Calvani (Unamimous unopposed) Major League Director - Tony Martinho (Unamimous unopposed) Equipment Director - Rob Gizmunt (Unamimaus unopposed) Following individuals have not been placed into "official positions" as of yet: AI Fiore, Billy Giannasca, Brian Caulfield, Jimmy Delaney, Matt Monkiewicz, Walter Radulski, Mike Bolger, Drew Lucich
****Matt Monkiewicz expressed interest in an email about potentially stand however no official vote was taken at this meeting.

Equipment Collection/Close down fields - Tentative date of November 1, 2014 was discussed for equipment collection and closing down of fields. General discussion of online registration and fee schedule, probably an item for our next meeting. General discussion of winter clinics (in house) or in some form of a partnership with another organization (i.e., Extra innings, etc. ..), probably an item for our next meeting. Bob Tashjian asked each board member to come up with 3 items they would like to see improved by the league and email to him.
Next meeting will be scheduled via email. Meeting Adjourned at approximately 9:30PM.
