Entry Fee:

$45 (All Heights - 110cm, 105cm, 95cm, 80cm, 65cm) Entry Fee includes: - Ground fees/St John Levy and a $2 non-refundable administration

fee. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: 1. This event is run under ESNZ Eventing Rules and the appropriate NZPCA rules (Annex 5). 2. Entries online at www.equestrianentries.co.nz or must be on the official NOPC Entry form. NB: Manual Entries will incur a $5 processing fee. 3. Late entries will incur a $20 late fee per combination entry, from date of closing and will not be entitled to refunds. 4. Please supply a current email address for draw, yarding and event information. 5. Dogs MUST be on a lead at all times and at no time are they allowed on the Race Track. 6. NZPCA approved safety helmets to be worn AT ALL TIMES while mounted. 7. HELMET AND MEDICAL ARMBANDS to be presented for inspection while collecting back number (Pony Club Classes). 8. MEDICAL ARMBANDS to be worn for all jumping phases. 9. BACK PROTECTORS are compulsory for cross country. 10.GEAR CHECK/Saddlery/Dress required. You will require your own Back Number Holder. Paper numbers will be provided. 12. Please take any rubbish with you when you leave the event. 13. The Committee reserves the right to alter or cancel classes as they see fit and to limit classes if necessary. 14. Evidence of cruelty to an animal, or abuse of an official may lead to elimination of the rider. 15. No entries on the day. 16. Scratchings as per Article 646.
