II. Review/Approval of Previous Month’s General Membership Meeting Minutes - Board of Directors STATUS: RECURRING 4/4/2017 Motion made to APPROVE meeting minutes for March (B. Ungaro). Motion seconded (B. Stevens). Vote: I’s – All in attendance; Nays – None. Motion Approved
III. Presentation/Approval of Treasurer’s Monthly Report – Jeff Legare STATUS: RECURRING Statements and Income/Expense Reports (see attached); February month end balance: $ 9,361.56 March month end balance: $ 15,594.01 4/4/2017 Motion made to APPROVE Treasurer’s Report for March (B. Ungaro). Motion seconded (D. White). Vote: I’s – All in attendance; Nays – None. Motion Approved
IV. COORDINATOR/DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS – Appointed Coordinators/Division Reps. STATUS: RECURRING SEE PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES FOR ISSUE DISCUSSION 4/4/2017
Equipment & Field Maintenance (K.Benedict): Need new facemasks. Keith to create list and do inventory of items in each gear bag to check against when the season is over. Discussed not doing Game Balls after every game. Those balls are used for practice balls the next season. Training Coordinator (P.Riis): No Report Sponsorship Coordinator (A.Benedict): Team Sponsors: Culvers (both 6U teams); Associated Electrical (8U 1); Axelson Mechanical (8U 2); Beef Village (10U 1); Lou Malnati’s (10U 2); Conlon and Thompson (12U 1); Jumbo Card (12U 2); Kingston Lanes (14U) City Liaison (Fuentes): Concession stand was broken into. City went out and replaced door knob. Home plate on field 4 will be fixed prior to Opening Day. City will be coming out to fix the backstops and the draining on field 6. Spirit Wear Coordinator (Wiegel): Order forms are due by 4/8. Angela to look into online payments on website. Need to add section for player name and number to next year’s order forms. Umpire Director (White): Reworked contract with FVB. Website / Registration (Young): 97 players registered Concessions (A.Benedict): Need volunteers on 4/22 for the Woodstock High School Tournament at Bates

Uniforms Coordinator (Young): Uniforms will be ready on 4/17. Angela will hand out to coaches 6U-20U Division Representatives: No Report Opening Day Coordinator (Ungaro): Broc and Amy are working on different ideas for Opening Day – Raffles, Face painting, food, etc. Opening Day Ceremony will start at 12pm. Trophy Coordinator (Stevens): Bryan will look into TOBG for end of season and tournament trophies. Will st th be doing 1 -4 place trophies for NISA end of season tournament. Fundraiser Coordinator (Sedlack): Panera fundraiser on 4/8. Angela will add to facebook page and send email to league with info.

Storm Teams – Board of Directors/Members STATUS: OPEN SEE PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES FOR ISSUE DISCUSSION. 4/4/2017 10U and 12U uniforms were ordered. 16U will need to be ordered soon. 12U currently does not have many Sunday league teams to play. Angela to set up 16U Storm online

MISCELLANEOUS / NEW ISSUES OR COMMENTS - Board of Directors/Members STATUS: NEW / OPEN SEE PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES FOR ISSUE DISCUSSION 4/4/2017 1) WGSL will donate $250 to VFW again for 2017 2) Will be participating in Memorial Day Parade. Will have banner on float for Fall Ball Registration. Angela to open registration by then. 3) Picture Day is 5/20 at Bates Park. Northwood Middle School is booked as indoor location if needed 4) Bates Park needs to be de-winterized. Will meet at Bates on 4/8 before scheduling meeting. 5) Will do a “Name our Tournament” contest on Facebook. Winner will receive free fall ball registration for 2017
