II. Review/Approval of Previous Month’s General Membership Meeting Minutes - Board of Directors STATUS: RECURRING 1/3/2017 Motion made to APPROVE meeting minutes for December (B. Stevens). Motion seconded (D. White). Vote: I’s – All in attendance; Nays – None. Motion Approved
III. Presentation/Approval of Treasurer’s Monthly Report – Jeff Legare STATUS: RECURRING Statements and Income/Expense Reports (see attached); November month end balance: $ 12,421.20 December month end balance: $ 8,389.08 1/3/2017 Motion made to APPROVE Treasurer’s Report for December (K. Benedict). Motion seconded (R. Ribbe). Vote: I’s – All in attendance; Nays – None. Motion Approved
IV. COORDINATOR/DIVISION REPRESENTATIVE REPORTS – Appointed Coordinators/Division Reps. STATUS: RECURRING SEE PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES FOR ISSUE DISCUSSION 1/3/2017
Equipment & Field Maintenance (Benedict): Some items have gone missing from shed. Need to change locks on inner and outer shed. Will do normal lock on outer and keypad on inner shed. Will get four padlocks with same key to replace padlocks on boxes. Also need to purchase three dozen 12” indoor balls. Motion made to APPROVE cost of new locks and balls (A. Young). Motion seconded (K. Benedict). Vote: I’s – All in attendance; Nays – None. Motion Approved Training Coordinator (P.Riis): Hitting with Coach K on most Mondays. Will ask to do bunting on 2 clinics. Skills clinics will be on 1/9, 3/6, 3/16 and 3/20. Pitching/Catching clinics on Fridays.

Uniforms Coordinator (Young): Angela brought few options for uniforms. Angela will look into matching socks for High5 jersey and Augusta jersey and email board with options. Storm Teams – Board of Directors/Members STATUS: OPEN SEE PREVIOUS MONTHS MINUTES FOR ISSUE DISCUSSION. 1/3/2017 10U and 12U teams are registered for three tournaments. 16U is registered for four tournaments. Keith will book Bandits game and two more 16U tournaments. Keith reached out to McHenry to see if we register as all-stars on USSSA if players are still eligible for their all-star tournament.
