SCHOOL CLOSED Just a reminder that the school will be closed on Friday 27th May for teacher training. Children should return to school as normal, after half term, on Monday 6th June.
Y4 Brass Assembly We were all so impressed with Y4’s assembly earlier this week. They have been learning to play the cornet & baratone & produced a fabulous sound. Hopefully, we’ll hear more from them in the autumn term.
KS1 SATS Well done to Y2 children, they worked hard this week completing SATs test in reading and maths.
Uniform We are struggling to manage uniform orders as too many parents are not ordering it within the allocated time frames. We are yet again giving parents the opportunity to buy uniform online via our Agora system. This can be done between Monday 23rd May – Friday 3rd June. There will be one final opportunity to order winter uniform at the beginning of July. Please ensure all autumn uniform is ordered within these time windows as no uniform orders will be accepted during September.
Times Table Quiz Make sure you’ve been learning your tables for the grand quiz Wednesday 25th May!
Cross Country Good luck to the Cross Country team as they take part in the relay race on Tuesday 24th May.

Whole School Mass Y3 First Holy Communion Celebration Day Please join us in the celebration of Mass 9.15am Tuesday 24th May. We are delighted that Y3 children can take a full part in Mass receiving the Blessed Sacrament. The children are invited to come to school in their First Holy Communion outfits and bring ‘party clothes’ in a bag so they can change after Mass. Parents are welcome to join us at Mass and then back at school to help the children get changed. The children will enjoy a fun day and a party to celebrate their First Holy Communion.
Vocations Mass As Y6 get closer to receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation, a very important part of their preparation will take place this week. They will celebrate the Vocations Mass, together with all the other Y6 catholic children in Coventry. This really is a vital part of their preparation and therefore most important that the Y6 children attend, 6pm Thursday 26th May at St Thomas More Church. In order to prepare fully for the Mass each Y6 class will also receive a visit from the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal and Missionary Charity Sisters on Tues 24th May.
Foundation Stage Trip Nursery and Reception are really looking forward to their trip to the Sealife Centre next Thursday 26th May. We hope they have a great time!
