AREA 1C OCTOBER MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 29, 2015 Meeting Opening Meeting called to order at 7:10 p.m. by Marco No minutes to approve Upper Division Report - Peter Smock Behavior is not worse nor better; no fights and no big scenes o One (1) incident: Region 1304 U-19 spectator ejection who walked out with the game ball at halftime Playoff schedule is up o BU-16 has eight (8) teams – Quarterfinals during the week and semi-finals and finals on Sunday on turf fields so weather won’t be a problem. o Using South Pasadena fields in the morning and Arcadia fields all day o Lost of Muir fields on November 8th – one of the Ref assessment game was scheduled there so it was moved to the South Pasadena field o No rain offs; all games have been played on time; best year so far. Need volunteers for the 11/21-11/22 Section Tournament in Chino o Participating teams: 5 Teams total U-19 – One (1) team from BU-19 and one (1) team from GU-19 U-16 – One (1) team from BU-16 and two (2) teams from GU16 o Will be working with the participating teams to provide volunteers Referee Report - Scott Davis Only two (2) open slots for season so far;
