Roll Call Darrin Breeden, President – Present Scott Schroeder, Vice President – Present Ginger McCampbell, Secretary – Present Melinda Breeden, Treasurer – Present Chris Perry, Member at Large – Present Laura Haston, Member at Large – Present Kelly Profitt, Member at Large – Present Eddie Dilbeck, Football Director – Present Patricia Wilkerson – Cheer Director – Present Jason Kelly, Pee Wee Head Coach – Absent Sarah Church, Pee Wee Cheer Head Coach – Present Kevin Potts, Super Head Coach – Absent Corrie Slagle, Super Cheer Head Coach – Absent Anthony Gockenbach, Grasscutter Head Coach – Present Emily Stuart, Grasscutter Cheer Head Coach – Absent
Financial statement was presented to the board by Melinda Breeden. Current balance in checking is $24,345.13.
Darrin Breeden presented the board with a quote on 6 new stools for upstairs. Motion made by Eddie Dilbeck to purchase 6 new stools at a cost not to exceed $500.00. Seconded by Ginger McCampbell Motion approved by majority vote.
Chris Perry presented the board with a quote for a new hash mark attachment for our paint machine. Motion made by Darrin Breeden to purchase new hash mark attachment at a cost not to exceed $610.00. Seconded by Ginger McCampbell Motion approved by majority vote.

Patricia Wilkerson requested that the board pay up to $30.00 per cheerleader toward shipping and handling cost of cheer packs. Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.
Patricia Wilkerson informed the board that the Cheer Competition will held on October 19th this year. Host is Straw Plains.
Discussed doing a fundraiser with Bojangles restaurant. They offer discount cards which can be sold for $5.00.
Set September 27th as Homecoming and Senior Night
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to order new jerseys and needed pants for all that have paid already. Seconded by Scott Schroeder Motion approved by majority vote.
Motion made by Darrin Breeden to hold a preseason game at our field beginning at 5:00 P.M. on August 26th after we participate in Meet the Patriots. Opponent to be determined. Seconded by Kevin Potts
