General Event Conditions & Information Dogs- must be on a leash (no longer than 5m) at all times & to be under control of suitable person. Failure to comply will result in fine for owner & dog may be removed from the grounds immediately. (All proceeds to FF NEC). Minimum fine per offence $20. Bank Account for Internet Banking BNZ Taupo, Fiber Fresh National Equestrian Centre 02-0428-0287292-025 Cheques payable to: Fiber Fresh NEC. Late payments – will incur the Late Fee of $25 per horse if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Prizes – can collected 30 mins after confirmed results. Must be collected in person by the rider, no proxies allowed. Prizes will not be posted out. Refunds –ALL classes 80% of entry fee, full yarding/camping included up to 48 hours before start of competition. Refunds will be paid electronically into your bank account. Other refunds at OC discretion. Refreshments – available on the grounds. Timetable – All classes run on Sunday – Dressage may commence at 7.30am National Equestrian Centre location: https://goo.gl/maps/xAXGt This event is run under ESNZ eventing rules – including membership & registration requirements. Additional Condition - Competing only (not staying over) - All Horses attending must be allocated an open yard & must pay the Day Stay Only $5 yard fee & use the yard. Horses are not to be tied to truck/float unless tacking & untacking. This is a safety issue (NEC request) All horses must have back numbers (XC) on whilst being ridden. It is advisable to have the horse identifiable whilst at the truck & yard etc. with either their number or name tag. The organising committee reserve the right to restrict entries as necessary, alter classes & prizes as required. Entry status, the draw/yarding & finally the ‘live’ results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz Draw & yarding will also be emailed to you. This is a busy horse trial so get your entries in early to avoid disappointment. Please help out where you can. Unpaid fees owed to other events may need to be settled before your entry will be accepted & put into the draw.
All local riders are encouraged to volunteer in some way – Please offer some help in any capacity.
